TRICARE Operations and Referral Management Center

The TRICARE Operations and Referral Management Center assists in providing education about your TRICARE benefits and specialty care referral processes. If you have been referred by your primary care manager, we can assist you with proactively managing your referrals with your network specialist. Our section also assists in resolving billing and claims issues, as well as providing general education on the TRICARE benefit. TRICARE Prime beneficiaries enrolled to the 319th Medical Group must receive a referral from their primary care manager prior to seeing a specialist. Avoid bills and charges by calling or stopping by our office to ensure you are seeking care appropriately.
