Patient Administration
The Patient Administration section provides a variety of services to include patient travel coordination, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy, medical records, and release of information. Please ensure you out-process with medical records prior to moving, retirement, or separation. If you are hand carrying your record from another base in-processing, you must drop your medical record off to Medical Records. If you have questions or concerns regarding the 319th Medical Group HIPAA Privacy practices or would like to file a complaint, please stop by or call and ask for the HIPAA Privacy Officer.
