Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Getting Care

Scheduled Closures  

Patient operations, including the appointment line, pharmacy, laboratory, and diagnostic imaging, at the Grand Forks Air Force Base military treatment facility are closed on federal holidays and during training time every Wednesday, 7:30-9:30 a.m.
