Everyone reacts to stress and traumatic experiences differently. While some have reactions that can be seen as normal responses to life events, others may experience signs or symptoms of more serious conditions.
Mental health and substance misuse conditions can affect anyone;
you are not alone. The Military Health System has many resources available to help those who need it.

Grand Forks Air Force Base Mental Health Services
Our facility offers the following mental health services:
- Evaluations and evidenced based treatment for mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression
- Psychological testing
- Substance use disorder evaluations and treatment
To schedule an appointment or discuss concerns please call the clinic at 701-747-4460 or stop by during normal business hours. Additionally, we can help connect you to other services such as, military and family life consultants, chaplain, etc. if specialty mental health treatment is not needed.
What TRICARE Covers
TRICARE covers medically and psychologically necessary mental health and substance use care. This includes both inpatient and outpatient care.
