Family Advocacy

We help build healthier families and create more resilient and responsive communities. Our programs center upon prevention and outreach, treatment, victim advocacy, and research. We have the New Parent Support Program, which is voluntary for expectant parents and families with children under the age of 3. The program includes home visitation services as needed. Family Advocacy Strength-Based Therapy is another voluntary program for couples and families who desire to change destructive patterns of communication. Outreach services are offered through educational classes in parenting, relationship enhancement, emotion regulation, and resiliency boosting through support services. Treatment services are offered for individuals, couples and families who have experienced maltreatment. Victim advocacy is a program that offers victims of intimate partner violence supportive services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
